S’more Bites

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups miniature marshmallows (full bag)
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter (Do not need with fountain chocolate)
  • 2 cups chocolate wafers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups graham crackers, broken into pieces (1 pack)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Line 8- or 9-inch-square baking pan with foil or parchment paper
  • Heat marshmallows, butter, chocolate and salt in large, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in graham cracker pieces. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan with greased spatula, pressing down lightly. Cool
  • While still slightly soft, cut into pieces. Drop pieces in plastic bag with Graham cracker crumbs until lightly coated. Cool until ready to eat.
