INGREDIENTS
- 6 cups miniature marshmallows (full bag)
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter (Do not need with fountain chocolate)
- 2 cups chocolate wafers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups graham crackers, broken into pieces (1 pack)
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line 8- or 9-inch-square baking pan with foil or parchment paper
- Heat marshmallows, butter, chocolate and salt in large, heavy-duty saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir in graham cracker pieces. Spread mixture into prepared baking pan with greased spatula, pressing down lightly. Cool
- While still slightly soft, cut into pieces. Drop pieces in plastic bag with Graham cracker crumbs until lightly coated. Cool until ready to eat.
