White Chocolate-Covered Puffcorn


  • 1 cup white chocolate wafers
  • 12 oz bag of Chester’s Puff Corn (may substitute regular pop corn.)


  • In Pyrex bowl, pour in white chocolate wafers
  • Microwave 15 seconds and stir, repeating until melted
  • Pour over puff corn and toss until coated.
  • Immediately pour onto parchment paper
  • Optional – add red and green sprinkles for color.
  • When cool, break into pieces.
  • Store in airtight container.

Makes about 1 pound.
