Caramel Puffcorn

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoonful baking soda
  • 1 bag Chester’s Puffcorn

Instructions

  • Pyrex bowl mix butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt
  • Microwave 45 seconds, stir
  • Microwave 1 min, 30 sec – stir
  • Microwave 1min, 30 sec – stir
  • Add vanilla and baking soda
  • Pour over puffcorn, mix until coated
  • Cool, then break apart
