Led by Veteran outlaw honky tonk singer Jim Mitchell, the Repeat Offenders come from very different musical backgrounds. From heavy metal to bluegrass , from southern rock to rockabilly, and in and out of the Nashville and L.A. music scenes for years. Country Scraps was created and is maintained by John Price, family and friends. John has been a pharmacist since 1979 and is currently employed by the Giant Pharmacy, Carlisle, PA. John was a 1979 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (now called the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia). One of John's hobbies is creating websites.
