This is a new mainstream country recording act. The six-member band features some of the greatest country and rock players north of Nashville – performing on guitar, drums, bass, keyboards and vocals. The players have opened for such top Nashville stars as the Billy Ray Cyrus, Hank Williams III, Pam Tillis, Ernest Tubb, Neal McCoy, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Reba McEntire, George Jones, Diamond Rio, Ricochet, Jeff Carson, Doug Supernaw, Marty Hagard, Mark Wills, and Lionel Cartwright. The band’s recording style has been compared in the press to “…the sounds of John Michael Montgomery…“

Country Scraps was created and is maintained by John Price, family and friends. John has been a pharmacist since 1979 and is currently employed by the Giant Pharmacy, Carlisle, PA. John was a 1979 graduate of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy (now called the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia). One of John's hobbies is creating websites. That, along with a love of Country Music has led to the creation of this site.
